Do you want to work in a fast-growing and innovative real estate company that develops, owns, and manages properties in Sweden? We are now looking for an experienced lease economist with good system skills in Vitec and solid expertise in lease administration for commercial properties.

The position is full-time, located in central Stockholm, and can start preferably immediately, but no later than before summer. For the first six months, you will be employed and leased as a consultant through Fasticon, after which the employment will transition to a direct employment with the client.

In the role of lease economist, you will be responsible for the correct handling of the company's commercial lease agreements, including invoicing and ongoing reconciliations with accounting.

You will be part of a finance team of seven people and report directly to the Head of Finance.

• Administer and manage commercial lease agreements.
• Be responsible for invoicing and follow-up of rent payments for leased properties.
• Handle reminders and collection cases.
• Conduct annual index adjustments.
• Contribute to the development and streamlining of lease administration.

• At least a high school education combined with about 10 years of experience in lease administration for commercial premises, or a bachelor's degree in economics and at least 5 years of experience in lease administration for commercial properties.
• Experience with Vitec is a requirement.
• Good experience with customer contact.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Your assignment will initially take place at the client company as an employed consultant through Fasticon. Here you will be covered by a collective agreement, insurance, and occupational pension.
